Ascent is the name of the new development from Highstreet Ventures. It was proposed back in 2021 and is coming to market soon. There are a variety of units for sale, from studios to 3 bedrooms. Pricing depends on the unit and upgrades:
Bubbly – Studio: mid-$200,000s
Riesling – 1 Bedroom: $400,000+
Syrah – 2 Bedroom: low-$500,000s+
Pinot – 3 Bedroom: $600,000s+

Highstreet Ventures has proposed a new multi-family development. It will be located in the Canyon Falls/Upper Mission area of Kelowna. The development package was submitted to the city of Kelowna in fall 2021 and is awaiting approval. This development may be called Ascent and be available for sale, rather than as an apartment building. No information beyond a Facebook/Instagram ad has been found, so far.
Highstreet Ventures is a well-known developer in Kelowna, being based here, and has built several rental buildings in Kelowna and West Kelowna. Mission Flats was one of the first to be finished in 2017, Carrington Ridge and Carrington View, both in West Kelowna, were finished between 2018-2020. Their buildings are all focused on being eco-friendly by following the BC Energy Step Code. All buildings will be electrical and be supported by solar panel installations on the tops of each building. Their buildings also use EarthBins, an in-ground container for garbage that keeps odours in and pests out. They hold more than the typical dumpster, which cuts down on the number of trips a waste management company needs to make in order to empty the bins.

The development is going to be close to Canyon Falls Middle School and is close to the proposed village area for future commercial or multi-family development. 1055 Frost Road is a ten minute drive to the Pandosy Village shopping area and a fifteen minute drive to downtown Kelowna.
